1. Eligibility & Account Registration
DoctorSamples.com is intended exclusively for eligible healthcare professionals located within the United States who have a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
By registering for an account or requesting samples, you confirm that:
- You are a qualified healthcare professional with a valid NPI number.
- The information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
- Your account and sample requests are intended for legitimate professional use.
- You will comply with the terms and conditions of this program.
DoctorSamples.com reserves the right to verify professional credentials, NPI information, and account eligibility at any time. Registration does not guarantee approval or continued participation in the program.
2. Intended Use of Complimentary Samples
All products available through DoctorSamples.com are provided free of charge and are intended primarily for healthcare professionals to share with their patients.
We recognize that healthcare professionals may also wish to personally evaluate or try certain products to become more familiar with them. Reasonable personal use is permitted.
However, this program is designed primarily to support patient care and product awareness. Samples should be requested in quantities consistent with these purposes.
We ask that all participants use the program responsibly and respectfully to help ensure that complimentary samples remain available to healthcare professionals and their patients.
Excessive ordering, repeated requests inconsistent with the program's intended purpose, or other activities suggesting misuse of the program may result in order limitations, additional account review, or suspension of ordering privileges.
3. Sample Availability & Ordering
All products offered through DoctorSamples.com are complimentary and subject to availability.
To ensure fair access for participating healthcare professionals, DoctorSamples.com reserves the right to:
- Establish or modify sample quantity limits.
- Limit the frequency of orders or repeat requests.
- Adjust product offerings and availability without prior notice.
- Review, modify, decline, or cancel sample requests at its discretion.
- Restrict accounts that demonstrate unusual ordering patterns or potential misuse of the program.
Samples are provided at no cost, and placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment.
4. Shipping Address Guidelines
To help ensure accurate, secure, and timely delivery, we strongly encourage healthcare professionals to have samples shipped directly to their medical office, clinic, or professional practice location.
While residential shipping addresses may be accepted, deliveries to these locations can sometimes present additional challenges, including address verification, delivery restrictions, and unsuccessful delivery attempts.
DoctorSamples.com reserves the right to request additional verification of shipping information, require shipment to a verified professional practice address, or decline shipments to certain addresses when necessary.
All sample shipments are limited to addresses within the United States.
5. Strictly Not for Sale or Resale
ALL PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH DOCTORSAMPLES.COM ARE COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLES AND ARE STRICTLY NOT FOR SALE OR RESALE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Samples are intended for patient distribution or reasonable professional evaluation only. Under no circumstances may samples be sold, resold, listed for sale, exchanged for monetary compensation, or otherwise used for commercial resale purposes.
This restriction applies to all sales channels, including, but not limited to:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Walmart.com
- TikTok Shop
- Craigslist
- Facebook Marketplace
- Any other online marketplace, e-commerce website, or social media storefront
- Physical retail stores, medical offices, clinics, or other in-person sales locations
Samples may not be bundled with other products for sale or offered as part of any paid transaction.
Any healthcare professional found to be listing, offering, or selling complimentary samples may have their account flagged, suspended, or permanently restricted from receiving additional samples through DoctorSamples.com without prior notice.
DoctorSamples.com reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the sample program and participating brands.
6. Responsible Participation & Program Integrity
Our complimentary sample program is made possible through the support of participating brands and manufacturers who wish to introduce their products to healthcare professionals and patients.
We ask that all participating healthcare professionals respect the purpose of the program by requesting samples responsibly and using them as intended.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Creating duplicate or misleading accounts to obtain additional samples.
- Using another healthcare professional's NPI number or professional credentials without authorization.
- Providing inaccurate registration or shipping information.
- Requesting excessive sample quantities for purposes unrelated to legitimate professional or reasonable personal use.
- Selling, reselling, or otherwise commercially distributing complimentary samples.
- Using automated ordering methods or other means to circumvent ordering limits.
- DoctorSamples.com reserves the right to monitor ordering activity, review accounts for compliance, and restrict or terminate participation when necessary.
7. Product Information & Responsibility
Healthcare professionals are responsible for reviewing all applicable product labels, instructions, warnings, expiration dates, and other information before using, recommending, or distributing samples.
Samples should be stored, handled, and distributed according to their labeling and applicable requirements.
Products should only be provided to patients when appropriate, based on the healthcare professional's independent judgment and the product's intended use.
DoctorSamples.com does not guarantee that any product will be suitable for every individual or produce any particular result.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
DoctorSamples.com reserves the right to review, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or sample-ordering privileges when it reasonably believes that these Terms of Use have been violated or that participation is inconsistent with the intended purpose of the program.
This includes, but is not limited to, suspected product resale, inaccurate registration information, excessive ordering, duplicate accounts, or other misuse.
Such actions may be taken without prior notice when necessary to protect the program, its participants, or participating brands.
9. Changes to the Program & Terms of Use
DoctorSamples.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the sample program, including product availability, eligibility requirements, ordering limits, and these Terms of Use.
Updated terms will be posted on this website. Continued use of DoctorSamples.com after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, submitting a sample request, or participating in the DoctorSamples.com program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and Sample Program Policy.
