In order to request free samples, you must first register and create and account.

Fill out the registration form

Once you click "Register" it will redirect you to a registration form where you will enter in all required information.

Create an Account

Once you finished the registration form, you will be redirected to creating an Account through our website.

Now you can Request Free Samples!

Once the registration form and account page is filled out, you will have everything you need to begin requesting your samples.

Account Types

"Requester"

Once you register, by default, your account will automatically be a requester type. This means:

You can request up to two samples per month
You can request samples from up to two brands each month.
You cannot request more than one sample from the same brand. (Limited to 1 per brand.)

For example, if you choose Brand A and Brand B in a given month, you will receive one sample from each brand. You cannot request samples from more than two brands or request more than one sample from a single brand in a month. If you like, you can request less than two samples. You can also change your selections for the following month.

"Recommender"

As a Recommender status, you are actively handing out samples and are recommending a brand to your patients. This means:

You can request up to three samples each month.
You can request samples from up to three brands each month.
You cannot request more than two samples from the same brand. (Limited to 2 per brand.)

For example, you could request two samples from Brand A and one sample from Brand B in the same month. You cannot request samples from more than two brands or request more than two samples from a single brand per month. If you like, you can request less than three samples. You can also change your selections for the following month.

"Ambassador"

As an Ambassador status, you are an avid believer of a brand. Not only are you actively recommending to your patients, but you also are in contact with the brand team and coordinate on other initiatives to promote the brand. This means:

You can request up to four samples each month.

You can request samples from up to four brands each month.

You can request up to four samples from the same brand. (Limited to 4 per brand.)

For example, you could request two samples from Brand A and two samples from Brand B or four samples from Brand A. You can mix and match as you like. If you like, you can request less than four samples. You can also change your selections for the following month.

This depends on your account type. By default, your account type will be “requester” which will allow you to request 1 sample per brand per month or 30 days, with a max selection of 2 brands. To request more samples per month, your account will need to upgrade to another account type. To see if you qualify for a higher account status, please fill out the feedback form HERE.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. Sample orders are only shipped to addresses within the continental United States. All orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Yes, you may use the samples for your own personal use - however - they are designed to be for patient distribution. For personal use, we would recommend trying the samples for yourself for a bit. Once you are convinced that you would like to continue using them, we would recommend purchasing full units. We offer healthcare provider discounts through our sales team.

This ultimately depends on the brand. For the most part, the brands can be purchased on their own dedicated website (which will be listed on the samples) or on Amazon. There are some other brands that are sold at stores. This information can be found directly on the product page where you request the samples. It will say it in the descriptions.

No, our samples are not prescriptions. All our samples fall under dietary supplements, cosmetics, homeopathies, and OTC’s - which do not require a prescription to recommend or purchase.
